The Australian Technology and Information Industry Association (ATIIA) is excited to announce the launch of the first-ever “Internal Innovation Challenge,” a new initiative designed to encourage creative thinking and foster innovative solutions among all ATIIA staff members.
The Innovation Challenge invites employees from every department and level to propose fresh ideas, projects, or process improvements that could enhance the Association’s operations, services, or workplace culture. Submissions can range from new digital tools and workflow enhancements to sustainability initiatives or novel approaches to member engagement.
A panel composed of ATIIA leadership and guest experts will review all proposals. Outstanding ideas will be recognized, and selected projects may receive dedicated support and resources for implementation.
“We believe that our greatest asset is the creativity and commitment of our team. The Innovation Challenge is a chance for everyone to make their voice heard and help shape the future of ATIIA,” stated ATIIA leadership at the launch event.
All staff are encouraged to participate. Further details regarding submission guidelines, timelines, and evaluation criteria will be shared via internal communication channels in the coming days.
